If you go to “Settings” on WP, you will find a box that gives the scheduled time set for WP and the difference to GMT where they give you guidance to navigate the scheduling. Just below the edit/post box you will find the time as per WP when you save a draft. That time will inevitably be different from the time that shows on your computer screen. You will simply have to adjust the difference by keying in the adjusted time on the schedule box. It should work.

According to the log of posts this was published 55 minutes ago at 0930 GMT but it wasn’t I had to do it manually a few minutes ago!
